Weekend in Review

We did the tamale thing. Short and sweet. I forgot to take some home though. Sigh.
I have no pictures because my camera batteries died. Again. Sigh.
And the kids cried a lot Saturday, because they were tired. Sigh.
I still had a little fun though. It's good to see the family.

Friday, though, I hit Santana Row. I didn't realize there was more to it than one row of stores. Duh. Right? On one street there was a Paper Source, H&M, and Anthropologie! I was in a window shoppers heaven. I think at one point I had to wipe the drool off my chin! I didn't buy anything but a laundry hamper from the Container Store. Whoo, hoo. Living on the edge. I know. I did vow to not buy my self any clothes from our small town and save my pennies for that one nice shirt or pants from Anthropologie. Great for our local business, I know. But the selection is mostly so-so up here. Whatever, you know tomorrow I'll buy that ten dollar paper thin shirt from Mervyn's, because, like, it was ten dollars.

But, I'm not finished with you Santana Row. I'll be back, with my credit cards. Sans kids.
