This is probably the easy version of Chicken Adobo. I'm really not sure what all my grandpa Tom put in his dish so I'm kinda playing by ear. Hope it turns out well tonight...
I'm going loosely on this recipe from cooks.com. I can usually find good help from this site. The difference- I use thighs and I'd probably add a little more vinegar, cause I like vinegary Adobo.
