Foodie Friday- Tuna Tostadas

Something fresh to make in the summer time. My grandma always made this and we love to have it at home.

Tuna Tostadas

Ingredients
1 large can solid white tuna in water (unless you prefer oil) drained
1/2 bunch cilantro finely chopped
1 lemon or lime
1 Serrano pepper
5 Roma tomatoes chopped
1/2 yellow onion diced
salt to taste
1 avocado sliced to garnish
pickled jalapenos to garnish
1 package tostada shells

Directions
In a serving bowl mix together tuna, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, and as much Serrano pepper as you'd like. Add lemon and salt to taste. Garnish with avocado and jalapenos. It's really sooo good.

We made the same recipe to day except, carrot sticks, not tuna. It was VERY good! We are going to go try it with tuna now. Thanks!
