Well, I finally got my shopping trip to San Francisco in. I went with Mama Plum. One crafty Mama couldn't make it this time. But hopefully next time. It was a rainy and cold day, but since the kids weren't in tow, that wasn't going to stop us! We started at the thrift stores in the Mission District, an area I am not familiar with. Missions St. was very colorful and there were many...um... interesting people. And on the back side, Valencia St. were nice boutiques, vintage clothing stores, and modern furniture stores. We got some items for the kids at the thrift stores and Mama Plum got some goodies for herself at a steal.

Afterward, we headed back on BART to Union Square, the hub of S.F. shopping. We visited Britex Fabrics, Old Navy, & Urban Outfitters. We found good deals at H&M. That store is perfect for us, because we don't like to spend too much on clothing, and the clothes are adorable. We had to visit Anthropologie, after finding it right before our eyes.
I am so glad we did because I found the perfect dress for a spring wedding I'm attending, and it was on sale. We didn't hit a ton of stores because, well I think we're not hard core shoppers, and shopping is tiresome! It was great to get out to the big city for a day, see some cool people, eat some good food, and enjoy great company. And now it feels good to be home!

Hi little girl. Glad you came down and had a good time in the city. I enjoyed the little ones while they stayed at Vickis. Papa Jorge
