Foodie Friday- Grandpa's Chicken Adobo

This is probably the easy version of Chicken Adobo. I'm really not sure what all my grandpa Tom put in his dish so I'm kinda playing by ear. Hope it turns out well tonight...

I'm going loosely on this recipe from cooks.com. I can usually find good help from this site. The difference- I use thighs and I'd probably add a little more vinegar, cause I like vinegary Adobo.

On Being Almost Two and a Half

At almost two and a half you take interest in what dad does at work.

You are potty trained- with boots on.

You dance to anything that has a beat- including clapping hoofs.

You want to help out when ever given the opportunity.

Things get fun and challenging at this age. There is an awareness of things, how they work, how to make things work. There is a need to keep up with big brother and sister- happily. Most of the time they invite him willingly. There are hugs and loving and cuddling. There are requests over and over again. There can be whining and the occasional fit. But mostly there is a bubbly little guy who loves his family...and Blues Clues!
